It was recently developed in a town center style and consists of 63,116 sf of retail with 13,962 sf of 2nd floor office. The property is located on 15 acres along Maryland Route 140 (45,500 vehicles per day), which is the major thoroughfare in town. Westminster is approximately 25 miles NW of Baltimore, and serves as the country seat of Carroll County. District Bay recently divested two of the single tenant pads and continues to lease space at the center while developing plans for a large 7 acre parcel that is currently entitled.
