Bank of America Center is a premier, 514,379 SF office building located in the heart of downtown Richmond, VA.  Currently the 3rd tallest building in the City of Richmond, it is the home of Bank of America’s corporate operations for much of the mid-atlantic as well as the home of other notable corporate, law and state government tenants.  District Bay purchased the property with the intention of implementing a full scale renovation of the exterior and courtyard to further bolster the building’s prominence as part of the RVA skyline.
